This is our toolbox exploring how our bodies + minds are designed to engage in more embodied, healthy ways with our stress. Here we play with what our emotions + energy look, feel, move and sound like together. Our approach utilizes somatic, trauma informed, nervous system-based practices so you feel more prepared + empowered in accessing, allowing, expressing + metabolizing the everyday stress we experience using the breath, voice, + body.
Each core emotion — fear, sadness, anger and joy — along with basic grounding (creating inner safety), has a section within this toolbox. In each section, you’ll find supportive resources to walk you through the process of engaging with each emotion.
